Conditions of Issuance
In principle, a visa will be issued if the applicant meets all of the following conditions
1. the applicant has a valid passport and has the right and eligibility to re-enter the country of return or residence
2. The application documents submitted are true and in accordance with the regulations.
3. The applicant’s activities, status, and duration of stay in Japan are in accordance with the Immigration and Refugee Recognition Act (Ordinance No. 319 of 1951, hereinafter referred to as the “Immigration Act”).
4. The applicant does not meet any of the requirements of Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Immigration Act.
